Pramono Anung Melihat FBO Berpotensi Menjadi Daya Tarik Tourism Jakarta

JAKARTA — Dukungan terhadap pengembangan olahraga profesional, pembinaan karakter generasi muda, semangat bela negara, sport tourism, diplomasi olahraga, serta penguatan profesionalisme di bidang hukum mendapat energi baru dari Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

Hal tersebut disampaikan Ketua Umum Freestyle Boxing Organization (FBO) Indonesia sekaligus Presiden Anak Bangsa Sejati (ABS), Ferdinand Weimar DJ, usai melakukan pertemuan dengan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Dr. Ir. Pramono Anung Wibowo di Kantor Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Balai Kota, Selasa (9/09/2026).

Menurut Ferdinand, pertemuan tersebut membahas berbagai potensi kolaborasi dan pengembangan kegiatan positif yang dapat memberikan manfaat lebih luas bagi masyarakat Jakarta maupun Indonesia.

Ferdinand menyampaikan bahwa Gubernur DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung Wibowo memberikan dukungan terhadap kiprah FBO Indonesia, termasuk pengembangan ABS Law Firm dan FBO Law Firm.

“Kami sangat mengapresiasi dukungan Bapak Gubernur Pramono Anung terhadap FBO Indonesia, ABS Law Firm dan FBO Law Firm. Bagi kami, dukungan ini bukan sekadar dukungan terhadap sebuah organisasi, tetapi merupakan bentuk kepercayaan terhadap semangat positif yang sedang kami bangun untuk masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia,” ujar Ferdinand Weimar DJ.

Lebih jauh Ferdinand menjelaskan, FBO Indonesia dibangun bukan semata-mata sebagai organisasi olahraga tarung, tetapi sebagai wadah pembinaan karakter, sportivitas, disiplin, ketangguhan dan semangat bela negara.

Menurutnya, olahraga memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk generasi muda yang memiliki mental kuat, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, menghormati aturan serta memiliki rasa cinta terhadap bangsa dan negara.

“Kami melihat sport bukan hanya soal menang dan kalah. Di dalam olahraga ada disiplin, keberanian, ketangguhan, kepatuhan terhadap aturan, sportivitas dan penghormatan kepada sesama. Nilai-nilai itulah yang menurut kami sangat dekat dengan semangat bela negara,” ujarnya.

“Karena itu, FBO Indonesia ingin menjadi wadah pembinaan karakter dan sportivitas sekaligus menumbuhkan semangat bela negara melalui olahraga. Bela negara tidak selalu harus dimaknai dalam bentuk yang konvensional. Membangun generasi yang sehat, disiplin, berkarakter, berprestasi dan mencintai bangsanya juga merupakan bagian dari kontribusi terhadap negara,” lanjut Ferdinand.

Dengan perspektif tersebut, FBO Indonesia menempatkan olahraga sebagai instrumen positif untuk membangun manusia Indonesia yang tangguh sekaligus mampu berinteraksi secara sportif dengan masyarakat dan bangsa lain.

Dalam pertemuan tersebut, kata Ferdinand, juga dibahas mengenai program tourism atau pariwisata yang menjadi salah satu perhatian penting Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

Ferdinand mengungkapkan bahwa Gubernur Pramono Anung melihat keberadaan dan kegiatan FBO memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai salah satu daya tarik tourism, khususnya melalui penyelenggaraan event olahraga bertaraf nasional maupun internasional.

“Pak Gubernur melihat kehadiran FBO ini memiliki potensi menjadi daya tarik tourism. Ini sangat menarik bagi kami, karena event olahraga internasional seperti freestyle boxing bukan hanya menghadirkan pertandingan, tetapi juga dapat mendatangkan atlet, official, komunitas, keluarga dan masyarakat dari berbagai daerah bahkan dari negara lain,” ujar Ferdinand.

“Artinya, olahraga bisa bergerak menjadi bagian dari ekosistem pariwisata. Orang datang bukan hanya untuk bertanding, tetapi juga untuk menikmati Jakarta, mengenal budaya, kuliner, destinasi dan berbagai potensi yang ada. Ini yang kami tangkap sebagai peluang besar dari pertemuan dengan Pak Gubernur,” lanjutnya.

Menurut Ferdinand, konsep tersebut membuka peluang bagi FBO Indonesia untuk mengembangkan sport tourism sebagai bagian dari kegiatan olahraga internasional.
Event FBO dapat memberikan multiplier effect terhadap berbagai sektor, mulai dari olahraga, UMKM, ekonomi kreatif, hotel, restoran, transportasi hingga promosi destinasi wisata.

“Kami melihat ini bukan hanya tentang freestyle boxing. Kalau dikemas dengan baik, event internasional FBO dapat menjadi sporting tourism. Atlet dan delegasi datang ke Indonesia, bertanding, kemudian mereka mengenal Jakarta dan Indonesia. Ini tentu menjadi promosi yang sangat positif,” kata Ferdinand.

Sport, Tourism dan Diplomasi Antarbangsa
Ferdinand menilai gagasan tersebut sejalan dengan semangat FBO Indonesia yang sejak awal ingin menjadikan olahraga sebagai jembatan persahabatan dan diplomasi antarbangsa

Olahraga memiliki bahasa universal. Di dalam ring terdapat aturan yang harus dihormati, lawan yang harus dihargai dan sportivitas yang harus dijunjung tinggi.
Karena itu, FBO Indonesia ingin mengembangkan konsep yang mempertemukan sport, tourism, budaya dan diplomasi dalam satu kegiatan yang membawa nama Indonesia ke dunia internasional.

“Kami ingin FBO Indonesia bukan hanya dikenal karena pertandingannya, tetapi juga karena nilai yang dibawanya. Ada sportivitas, persahabatan, budaya, tourism dan diplomasi. Semua itu dapat menjadi satu kesatuan yang memberikan manfaat bagi bangsa,” ujar Ferdinand.

“DUEL” Indonesia–Timor Leste
Salah satu momentum penting adalah keberhasilan FBO Indonesia menyelenggarakan Exhibition Fight International Freestyle Boxing bertajuk “DUEL”, yang mempertemukan petarung Indonesia dan Timor Leste digelar di Solo.

Ajang internasional tersebut menjadi momentum strategis bagi FBO Indonesia untuk mempertegas eksistensinya sebagai organisasi olahraga profesional yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada prestasi, tetapi juga menjunjung tinggi sportivitas, persahabatan lintas negara serta diplomasi budaya melalui olahraga tarung modern yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai kebangsaan.

Ferdinand menegaskan, “Exhibition Fight hari ini adalah pesan terbuka bahwa olahraga merupakan bahasa persatuan.

FBO Indonesia ingin menunjukkan bahwa freestyle boxing bukan hanya soal adu teknik dan kekuatan, tetapi tentang kehormatan, disiplin, dan saling menghormati antarbangsa.”

Pengalaman tersebut menjadi pijakan bagi FBO Indonesia untuk terus mengembangkan event internasional yang memiliki dampak lebih luas, termasuk potensi pengembangan sport tourism.

Sejalan dengan perkembangan organisasi, FBO Indonesia juga memperluas kiprahnya ke bidang hukum.

Korban Pertanyakan Alasan Tersangka Belum Ditahan dan Minta Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, serta Pengadilan Transparan

BOGOR — Penanganan perkara dugaan penganiayaan terhadap advokat Titin Hartati, S.H., M.Kn., menjadi sorotan dan memunculkan pertanyaan serius mengenai proses penegakan hukum.

Pasalnya, Siti Saripah telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka sejak 15 Maret 2026, namun hingga kini tersangka disebut belum dilakukan penahanan di Rumah Tahanan Negara (Rutan).

Peristiwa dugaan penganiayaan tersebut terjadi pada Jumat, 19 Desember 2025 sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB. Berdasarkan keterangan korban, Siti Saripah datang ke sebuah rumah di wilayah Bogor bersama sekitar 30 orang. Rombongan tersebut diduga memaksa masuk dengan cara mendorong dan mendobrak pintu hingga mengalami kerusakan.

Di dalam rumah, Siti Saripah diduga melakukan pemukulan terhadap Titin Hartati, yang pada saat kejadian sedang menjalankan tugas profesinya berdasarkan kuasa untuk menjaga, menempati, merawat, dan menguasai secara fisik rumah milik Hartono Kusnan.

Akibat kejadian tersebut, korban mengaku mengalami luka memar serta patah pada salah satu jari kaki. Peristiwa itu kemudian dilaporkan ke Polsek Babakan Madang pada 20 Desember 2025, melalui laporan Nomor STPP/173/XII/2025/Jbr/Res Bgr/Sek Bbk Madang.

Tersangka Sudah Ditetapkan, Mengapa Belum Ditahan?

Setelah dilakukan proses pemeriksaan dan pemeriksaan terhadap sejumlah saksi, penyidik menetapkan Siti Saripah sebagai tersangka berdasarkan Surat Ketetapan Nomor S.Tap/08/III/2026/Reskrim tertanggal 15 Maret 2026.

Namun, setelah penetapan tersebut, muncul pertanyaan dari korban mengenai alasan tersangka belum dilakukan penahanan di Rutan.

Informasi yang diterima korban menyebutkan bahwa pihak penyidik sebelumnya menilai tersangka bersikap kooperatif. Hingga 6 Agustus 2026, perkara tersebut disebut telah diserahkan kepada pihak Kejaksaan Cibinong, sementara tersangka masih berstatus tahanan kota berdasarkan informasi yang diterima korban.

Kondisi inilah yang kemudian mendorong korban mempertanyakan secara terbuka kepada pihak Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, serta institusi terkait di Pengadilan Negeri Cibinong, mengenai dasar pertimbangan dan alasan hukum sehingga tersangka tidak dilakukan penahanan di Rutan.

“Kami mempertanyakan, mengapa tersangka yang sudah ditetapkan sejak 15 Maret 2026 sampai sekarang tidak dilakukan penahanan di Rutan. Apa dasar pertimbangannya? Apakah memang ada alasan hukum tertentu yang membuat tersangka tidak perlu ditahan?” ujar Titin Hartati.

Korban bahkan meminta agar aparat penegak hukum memberikan penjelasan secara transparan untuk menjawab berbagai spekulasi yang berkembang di tengah masyarakat.

“Jangan sampai masyarakat kemudian bertanya-tanya dan menduga apakah ada upeti, pelicin, atau intervensi tertentu di balik keputusan tersebut. Kami tidak mengatakan bahwa hal itu telah terjadi. Minta Tidak Ada Perlakuan Berbeda dalam Penegakan Hukum

Selain dugaan penganiayaan, korban juga menyampaikan adanya dugaan ancaman dan intimidasi serta dugaan tindakan terhadap aset milik ahli waris H. Abdul Wahab di sejumlah lokasi.

Korban juga menyebut bahwa Siti Saripah masih berstatus terlapor dalam perkara lain di wilayah hukum Polres Metro Jakarta Utara, berdasarkan LP/B/124/SPKT/Polres Metro Jakut/Polda Metro Jaya tertanggal 23 Januari 2026.

Atas seluruh persoalan tersebut, korban meminta aparat penegak hukum tidak mengabaikan hak-hak korban dan memastikan setiap tahapan perkara berlangsung sesuai ketentuan hukum.

“Kami tidak meminta perlakuan istimewa. Kami hanya meminta keadilan, transparansi dan kepastian hukum. Kalau memang ada alasan hukum mengapa tersangka tidak ditahan di Rutan, jelaskan kepada publik secara terbuka. Jangan sampai ketidakjelasan ini menimbulkan persepsi bahwa hukum bisa berbeda perlakuannya terhadap orang tertentu,” kata Titin.

Ia berharap Kepolisian dan Kejaksaan dapat memberikan penjelasan yang transparan mengenai status perkara, dasar pertimbangan tidak dilakukannya penahanan, serta memastikan proses hukum berjalan objektif dan profesional.
